ABSTRACT

The research is on the effective of globalization on industrial relations practice. A case study of multinational company john Holt Nigeria.

These shall consist of research question, restatement of hypothesis, research design, and population of study, sample size and sampling techniques, instrument of data collection and treatment and analysis of data.
